I ported Ispell to DJGPP v1.12 more than a year ago, and I use it since
then.  I can send you the binaries, if you want.  I didn't upload it to a
public place, because the Makefiles won't work on MSDOS (they need a Unix
shell to run), and GPL doesn't allow binary-only releases.  I plan to
convert the Makefiles so it can be compiled with DJGPP v2, but that might
take a few months.
