You mean it's incompatible with *djgpp V2* ? If so, the solution is:

1) Build f2c library using djgpp V2.  The library sources are found in
   f2c95201.zip.  If you wish to have the latest version of the sources, 
   get them from ftp://netlib.att.com/netlib/f2c via FTP (some patches
   might be required, though).  To convert f77 souce codes to C/C++ ones, 
   you can use f2c.exe for djgpp V1 using go32.exe.

2) I'll be on vacation soon, and am planning to build f2c with djgpp V2 by
   the end of August.  This version will be fully compatible with V2.
