Please begin by downloading the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq201b.zip from the
same place you get DJGPP) and reading chapter 18 there.  Then read section
22.2 of the FAQ which points you to some packages that can be used as
examples of hardware interrupt handling with DJGPP.
