I'm trying to get a 640x480 screen to do page flipping
using GRX20.  I'm using the custom graphics mode,
640, 480, 256, 640, 960.  The graphics work fine but
the mouse cursor won't show up on the second page.
If anyone has done this, I would appreciate some
tips or possibly some sample code.  Thanks
