At simtel mirror sites such as oak.oakland.edu (all three are included in the package). Be aware that pkzipfix cannot work magic. If you get a bad ZIP file by ftp, chances are you or someone else forgot to say binary and it is damaged beyond repair. All that pkzipfix does is to scan through the file looking for local headers and to rewrite a valid central directory at the end of the zip file. This allows partial recovery if a section of the zip file has been clobbered or if the zip file is truncated.
