.... or you use M4 as a preprocessor instead of GASP. It's available
from DJ's ftp server (contrib directory) and includes a bunch of
asm-specific macros in `asm-defs.inc' (I ported M4 just because I was
fed up with GASP and CPP limitations...). More macros are available if
you ask me by mail, but I don't feel it would be reasonnable to
release a new version of M4 just for a bunch of new functions in a 2Kb
text file...
