It seems CCT has lost some of its charm together with its previous name 
SimTel.  It's 36 hours since the original upload by DJ, and some mirrors 
still don't have the v2 tree.  Some of them (like ftp.cdrom.com) even 
don't have the new v1 tree!  The primary mirror (ftp.coast.net) is 
somehow inaccessible; they have a nice scheme there which redirects you 
to other mirrors whenever the primary isn't available, but because even 
oak.oakland.edu didn't update their djgpp directory, it's useless.

So if you are eager to get v2.0, try all the SimTel mirrors in site until 
you see one that holds the files.  For those in the US, here are two 
sites that do:
