We (SPiRiT! Team) made some utils for djgpp... maybe these utils can help
you:

- obj2coff (x2ftp.oulu.fi o2cv05.arj or something)
converts tasm files flat modeled/protected mode to .o files so you can
include it in your c files and call it! There are some examples in the
archive!

- we have also a intel asm syntax code -> AT&T asm syntax code converter
I don't think we have uploaded it somewhere but i could send a copy if you
like? But obj2coff is much easier to use if you have a protected mode
library made in tasm/flat model/protected mode !!!

We also made some debugger patches so you can debug graphics programs etc...
