You need a program named Ghostscript to print the files (be warned: it's rather slow on an Epson) and another one called GhostView (runs on top of Ghostscript) to view them. There are ports for Windows for both of these floating around; your archie will tell you where (look for gs351**.zip and gsview13.zip).
