Please reply also sdirectly to taupin AT lps DOT u-psud DOT fr (no more on the djgpp list because of overcrowded mailboxes). 2. I got a terrible crash when invoking microemacs compiled with djgpp under the DOS window of windows 3.11: the result was a complete disk crash (my disk D: was unknown by DOS although found by BIOS). 2.a Did somebody experience crashes when running any djgpp program (with GO32 included) inside the DOS window of Windows ? 2.b I suspect this was due to a memory overlapping between windows memory management and GO32 memory requests. Am I right ? Subsidiary question: has windows 3.11 a memory protection preventing the DOS window writing outside its std allocated area ? D. Taupin taupin AT lps DOT u-psud DOT fr
