I found some other sites:

Host ftp.uni-koeln.de       directory:  /pc/msdos/gnuprogs 
Host rzbsdi01.uni-trier.de  directory:  /pub/pc/mirrors/ftp.uni-koeln.de/msdos/gnuprogs 
Host softdis.rrzn.uni-hannover.de directory:  /pub/mirror/msdos/gnuprogs 

For a reason I don't know filenames are em1930??.zip (without 'x').
