Emacs 19.30 was compiled with DJGPP 1.12m4 (the latest and the last v1.x
version) and uses stock go32.  FYI, OEmacs is very old; Emacs has been
able to compile and work with stock go32 beginning with 19.28, I believe. 
Even on SimTel you can find a 19.29 binary which doesn't need special go32
(in SimTel/vendors/gnu/gnuish/ directory).  But get 19.30, because it has
many DOS-specific improvements and bugfixes.
