Subject: MD SDOS library documentation

I recently downloaded all the files required to install gcc on my
PC.  However, when I tried to construct the documentation for the library
libc.a the TeX program threw up , a saying that it couldn't find the file
'libc2.tex'.  

I know absolutely nothing about Tex pX programs, and fvery little about he gcc.
Am I really missing something, or do I just not know what I'm doing?
