There is no FAQ for v2.0 yet.  (FAQ is supposed to be a list of questions 
people keep asking, so how can I craft it before v2.0 is widely used and 
thus the questions start flowing?)  For the time being, you can use the 
FAQ for v1.x (faq102.zip from SimTel/vendors/djgpp directory on SimTel 
mirrors), but ignore anything which describes non-DPMI (VCPI etc.) 
environments.

If you have specific questions, ask them here (at least nobody will tell 
you to read the FAQ ;-).
