I've ported Turbo Vision 1.03 to djgpp 1.10.
The port (GVISION), a collection of diff files, is available from

ftp.th-darmstadt.de, in pub/machines/ms-dos/386/gcc-contrib.

However, you'll need the TV sources for compilation (and it's C++).
The port has already been applied successfully; I put a TV user interface over
SWI-Prolog (TV-SWI-Prolog).
