Makertf 1.03 can be used to convert Texinfo files into Windows Help files.
It has been tested with most of the GNU manuals, including:

* gcc.tex (GNU C Compiler)
* libc.tex (The Standard C Runtime Library)
* libgpp.tex (The G++ Library)
* gdb.tex (The GNU Debugger)
* emacs.tex (Emacs 19.28 User's manual)

If have uploaded some of these help files to ftp.delorie.com. Lookout for a
file named DJHELP.ZIP.
