Check these:

	1) Do your TMPDIR, TEMP and GO32TMP environment variables point to 
an existing drive and directory?

	2) Do you have enough disk space on that drive?

	3) Does your CONFIG.SYS specify a sufficiently high value for 
FILES= setting?  (30 should be enough).
