This is an implementation of a DLL put together by DJ. It has some 
problems but was used to help build the DXE code.  There is a 
more robust implementation than this that I have written for v2.0, but it 
is still being tested. (So far it performs well except with classes with 
virtual functions). However I have been thinking of taking up the 
standard win32 PE format DLL instead.
If you are in need of a DLL and you can't use the DXE code, then I can 
send you a copy of my implementation, but it is 'subject to change'.
