ftp.scitechsoft.com has an svgakit you can download, which I believe
has some good VBE 2.0 docs.  The official VBE 2.0 docs cost $100 from
VESA, but don't seem to be any better than SciTech's version (SciTech
makes UniVBE, if you didn't know that).
