Problems with rcsdiff being unable to compare two revisions, or a
revision and a file are fixed.  I'm simplifying the patches and making
what I hope are the final bug patches.  Please let me know if you are
using RCSDOS and are (still) experiencing difficulties.

It looks as if most of RCSDOS may be merged into the standard RCS
distribution.
