I got all of the v2 zip files off of Id's site and went about unzipping
and installing them.  When I tried to compile some of the tests, I got
segmentation faults.  When I tried to run the full screen debugger on
the "tn" test, I got a segmentation fault when I tried to select the
"tn.c" module.  I seemed to get segmentation faults (and possibly other
kinds of faults) left and right.  I must be doing something wrong, since
I've seen any number of reports that v2 is stable.

I got CWS-DPMI beta 5 from the same site (I think), FWIW.
