About graphics libraries for DJGPP 1.12, you have several:

* VOGL   - emulation of SGI GL (3D, nice and fast)
* SPHIGS - similar to PHIGS standard (3D, nice and easy to learn)

You must have installed the GRX library for DJGPP!
