I have a problem compiling this very basic C++ code:

file 'try.cc'
-------------------------------------
#include <iostream.h>

int main(int argc, char **argv)
{
     cout << "hello.\n";
     return 0;
}
--------------------------------------

Here are the errors returned to me:

D:\GNU-C\gcc try.cc
try.cc(.text+0x16):undefined reference to `cout'
try.cc(.text+0x1b):undefined reference to `ostream::operator<<(char const *)'
D:\GNU-C>

NOTE: I have just installed the GNU C C++ compiler on my pc. I just got one 
maintenance file named dj112m1.zip. I am using the following modules:

bnu24bn.zip
lgp260bn.zip
