First, read the DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq102.zip from the same 
place you get DJGPP).  It includes (in section 17.1) a short summary of 
the differences between the Intel and AT&T assembler formats, and points 
you to the Info file (from the Gas docs) which will give you a full 
description.
A conversion script for Sed was posted to this list about a month ago; 
you can search for it with you Web browser using the list archive search

You don't have to read DJGPP traffic through a mailing list.  If you have 
a Usenet news feed, you can read the comp.os.msdos.djgpp newsgroup instead.
