Someone mentioned v2.X can be found in /manifest/djdev*.ver or something
like this.  I can'f find a directory called manifest on oak.  

Q. Is the directory on oak or is it somewhere else.  Can some one tell me
the ftp host server and full path for the latest v2.X version of djgpp.
