Yes, the hostname is still valid (the IP address has changed some
months ago).
The directory path is ~ftp/pub/pc/X.

I know that it is difficult to access this machine (I have limited
it only to 4 anonymous ftp users), but I will try to upload it
somewhere. Any hints?

Perhaps ftp.delorie.com? Or omnigate? Or Simtel at oak.oakland.edu?
Please help.
