Subject: Please switch to the newsgroup!


The list server at Clarkson has reached its limit and has begun
rejecting messages.  Since the level of traffic is going up, the only
way to fix this is to reduce the number of subscribers.  If we don't,
we're going to lose the list server access, since we're swamping
Clarkson's machines and network.

If you get news at your site, PLEASE unsubscribe from Clarkson and use
the newsgroup instead!  You'll get the same articles at about the same
delay (Clarkson is delaying messages a lot due to load) and we won't
lose the mailing list.

About 150 people have switched to far.  There are about 500 people
left on the list.  I'd like to see another 200-300 people switch to
news, so switch if you can!
