It won't run on your machine.  Read the DJGPP FAQ list (available as
faq101.zip from the djgpp directory on SimTel mirrors), Chapter 2, to
learn what are the minimum hardware and software requirements for
DJGPP.  It is a 32-bit compiler, so it requires at least a 32-bit
machine.
