Is it too much to ask? :-) You can recompile Emacs with your X server stuff, or you can get Win-Emacs, which is a port of Lucid Emacs to MS-Windows. The port is quite good, and teh differences between Lucid and GNU varieties of Emacs are minor. Win-Emacs is available from Cica and its mirrors.
