You can see it, explained in so many words, by typing the following
words of wisdom from the DOS command line:

	info gcc invoking

For this magic to work, you will need to have the following packages
installed: gcc263dc.zip, txi310bn.zip, djdoc112.zip, txi310dc.zip (the
last one is optional, but without it you might be lost inside Info,
unless you already speak it fluently, and that zip file brings the
on-line docs of the Info program).
