I have Windows for Workgroups (version 3.11 or 3.1.1). I am on a novell net, but I log in on it myself, the login instruction is not in AUTOEXEC.BAT . When just now I entered Windows and clicked the `MSDOS' icon, this happened, even without djgpp being involved anywhere:- Before logging in to the server: - in DOS-within-Windows, the DOS prompt was exactly as in plain DOS, it included the current directory name. While logged in to the server: - in DOS-within-Windows, the DOS prompt was simply `C>' After logging out from the server: - The first time I clicked the MSDOS icon I got a Windows message "application failure", and the Windows icons-&-windows display returned. - The second time I tried, in DOS-within-Windows, the DOS prompt was `C>'. Please what is happening??? Millions of people use Novell Netware!! and it still seems to clash with things. It looks like the bug is in the Novell Netware: where can I email about information about it? What is Novell's email (and postal) address?? When will it be put right?
