F2C95C15.ZIP is djgpp port of f2c (Fortran to C converter) originally 
developed by AT&T Bell Lab. and Bellcore people.  It contains all required
binaries, all the source files, and context-diff from the original sources.

One can convert Fortran sources to C codes with f2c, then compile/run them
under djgpp environment.
