It's a development kit for DESQview/X's server.  It lets you write
X programs.

djdoc112.zip includes djgpp's docs, each program has it's own *dc.zip
file, and txi310bn.zip has info.exe, which reads them.

make requires tabs.  Nearly all makes are this way.
