A couple of years ago, I stumbled upon a discounted Microsloth^H^H^H^H^Hsoft Press book called IBM ROM BIOS, by Ray Duncan. (It's part of the Programmer's Quick Reference Series.) ISBN 1-55615-135-7. Anyway, it has a brief summary of every standard documented ROM BIOS interrupt call (AFAIK), about 128 small pages in all; nevertheless, it's pretty detailed. You also might try Ralf Brown's famous interrupt list (inter##[a-d].zip); I haven't actually looked at it, but I've seen it recommended a lot. -=-=-"f y cn rd ths tgln, dc lbxym h gyt ntz."-=-=- Finger for PGP pubkey.
