I recently downloaded the new djgpp distribution, and when I compiled one 
of my programs (a TGA file viewer), it stopped displaying images 
correctly.  I narrowed the problem down to a call to fseek.  When I 
replaced the call with a loop of getc (I was using fseek to skip a 
variable length text field) the problem disappeared.

I noticed that the source file for fseek in the library source was 
updated on 8-2-94, and looking at fseek.c I can't follow what is being done.

If this is a problem with fseek, could somebody inform me as to what 
changes I would need to make in fseek.c, and/or when an updated libc.a 
would be posted for ftp?
