  Maybe I should have sent mail to djgpp-request instead of djgpp.
I don't know - the readme.txt file for DJGPP only mentions that
the mailing list exists - it doesn't say how to subscribe.
  Please add me to the djgpp and djgpp-announce mailing lists. Are
back issues of these available for ftp ?
