Subject: Will djgpp programs run under desqview if it also running windows

The documentation indicates that programs compiled under djgpp (e.g.  
emacs) will run under desqview but not windows.
1) What version of dv/qemm is necessary ?
2) What if you are running windows under desqview?  Is it possible to  
run djgpp programs under desqview at the same time?
