Subject: cross-compiler?

Hi:
      Maybe I have missed something about djgpp, I'd like to ask a question.
My question is: 

      Can djgpp serve as a cross-compiler on DOS? Can I use djgpp
on i386/DOS to generate the binary code for i386/MACH or other CPU/OS 
combinations? 
      If the answer is NO, is there any other gcc cross-compiler
on i386/DOS to serve this purpose?

      I'll expect and appreciate any response to this question.
