1.10 allows you to run in a DPMI environment (Windows, OS/2, QDPMI,
etc).  However, the 1.10 go32.exe has a bug in the graphics driver
support code, so graphics doesn't work.  A revised extender is in
djgpp/pub/csdpmit1.zip, which has the graphics bug fixed and supports
the "nodpmi" option to override the DPMI detection.

1.11 is getting near ready for release, so you may want to hold on to
your hat.
