NOTES:
Note that I use NNANSI (customized to the Paradise card) to achieve 
additional non standard text modes with Libgrx and enhanced text mode 
performance.  GO32 is a modified version of 1.10c which fixes the 
paging bug.  Note also that 640x400 is the highest 256 color mode 
available with only 256K of video ram: with 512K one can do 640x480 
in 256 colors.  The card can do 800x600 in 16 colors.  The performance 
of this card is nothing to rave about.  Paradnew.grn is a fixed 
version of the standard paradise driver so that 640x400 and 640x480 
256 color modes work correctly using the new style graphics drivers 
and has ModeX support.

NOTES:
I use DJGPP under DV/X (dvx.cfg screen mode 305Ch).
 
I only use the 16 color mode because the blitting is so slow under 256
colors that my animation rate goes down <10 fps and becomes very flickery.
(The SS24X is an ISA card, btw).

In all cases, I use nodpmi (because I run with 386MAX) in the variable.
