It doesn't exist because I didn't build one, sorry.  I am a bit buried at
the moment, but when I get a chance, if V1.11 isn't out by then, I will
post the V1.10c I use at home with diffs & debug.  It has more bug fixes
in the DPMI stuff, more graphics fixes.

Someone (I think) was nice enough to put the diffs used for V1.10a in
the djgpp/pub directory, so someone should be able to build a DEBUG32 from
those.
