Hello,

I managed to collect the necessary pieces to build GNU make for DOS
based on Thorsten work. It is based on the swap library by Thorsten
and GNU make version 3.58. It works fine. Unfortunately I did not have the 
time to upgrade it to the latest version 3.65. If you like I can give 
you more information about it.
