Subject: djgpp 1.07 on ftp.uni-koeln.de

As DJ already had announced a couple of weeks ago, the new djgpp version
1.07 is now also on ftp.uni-koeln.de in msdos/gnuprogs/djgpp.

I was on holiday when the announcement was made, so I couldn't transfer the
files immediately. But I think this was no problem, as other european sites
had also announced the availability of the files.

Please note, that we have restricted access to our ftp archives (currently 4
users from outside) during working hours, therefore you will be having more
luck to connect to the archive during nights (1800-0700 h central european
summer time to be precisely) and on weekends.
