rxvt-2.7.2-6 pops up a console window when running a Win32 app under the
2001-Aug-07 snapshot.  For example, running:

    $ net start inetd

will pop up a console window and display:

    The CYGWIN inetd service is starting.
    The CYGWIN inetd service was started successfully.

This is not a show stopper but hopefully it can be fixed before 1.3.3.

I apologize for the lack of detail but this is the best that I can do at
the moment.  Starting next week I will have lots of time for debugging...
