Subject: cygwin updated in net preview


I've written a script that repackages the snapshots into a form
suitable for the net release, and uploaded last night's snapshot to
the preview area:

  4374461 Mar  1 15:32 cygwin/cygwin-20000301-src.tar.gz
  1401287 Mar  1 15:33 cygwin/cygwin-20000301.tar.gz

I'm not claiming that this particular snapshot will be the one we
release, but please try it out and make sure the packaging and such is
OK for the net release.
