It contains 39 entries and the size >is 3897 bytes. Bingo. That was enough to trigger the problem for me. I duplicated the problem and checked in a fix for it. Thanks, Kazuhiro. Could you check it now? I also duplicated the make problem after running a script for an hour and a half. Then I mistyped a command in gdb and blew the debugging session away. Sigh. cgf
