IMO, this variable should get initialized and exported from Cygwin?  It
is used with the gamma math functions that are already exported.  I
could supply a patch, it's a no brainer, but which existing file should
I initialize this variable or should a winsup/cygwin/math.c file get
created to initialize this variable?
