Hi!

  In  the  patch  i've  sent  to  cygwin-patches it's possible to race
between  calls  to  CloseHandle(hFileDestination) and BackupWrite(...)
Can  anybody  suggest  a  way  to  perform  a bunch of file operations
atomically?
