Oops.  Looks like I should have checked cygwin-developers before
sending my email.

There are some reported outstanding bugs with the DLL that I'm still
tracking down.

I would also like to use Ron's installer.

There is still the issue of ix86-pc-cygwin target directory consistency.
Are we there yet?
