I don't think so.  I've tried my scenarios at home with NT4 sp3 and don't see
any problems.  I think it has to do with the domain environment and
restrictions placed on domain and local users.  Since I'm not privy to that
information I can't be of help as to what exactly "restrictive" is.

When I get a chance I'll try the 0805 snapshot with proper /etc/passwd and
/etc/group files; hopefully, tonight.
